What areas do you service?
Based in Kanimbla/Mooroobool, we service the greater Cairns area.

What types of jobs do you take on?
We specialise in small carpentry, cabinetmaking, and maintenance projects — the jobs most tradies won’t return calls for. From tidy repairs and upgrades to custom cabinetry and finish work.

Do you do renovations or larger builds?
Done n Dusted focuses on smaller projects. All works are legally capped within the QBCC threshold of $3,300 (including labour and materials), or $1,100 for structural work. If your project is larger, I can help refer you to QBCC licensed contractors.

What are your rates?

• Call-out fee: from $150 (includes the first hour)

• Payment methods: card (via Stripe) or cash

• Invoiced “pay later” accounts may attract a 5% handling fee

What qualifications do you hold?

• Certificate III in Carpentry

• Certificate III in Cabinetmaking

• 10+ years’ trade experience across residential and commercial projects

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All work is completed to professional trade standards. If an issue arises with workmanship, we’ll return and make it right.

Are you insured?
Yes. Done n Dusted carries full public liability insurance.

Business Policies

QBCC Compliance
Done n Dusted does not operate as a QBCC licensed service and therefore all works are legally capped at a maximum of $3,300 (including labour and materials). For structural work, the limit is $1,100. All services are delivered within these limits to remain fully compliant with Queensland legislation.

Payments

• Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: Stripe card payments, cash.

• Invoiced accounts are payable within 7 days and may attract a 5% handling fee.

Warranty
All workmanship is guaranteed. Material warranties remain with the supplier/manufacturer.

Insurance
Public liability insurance is held and current.

When you make an enquiry or book a job, I may collect your name, address, phone number, and email address.

This information is used solely to:

• Provide quotes and invoices

All records are stored securely and are never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or for accounting purposes.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Done n Dusted does not store or have access to your card details.
